Roy Yamaguchi of Roy’s Restaurant hosted a special fundraiser at his Hawaii Kai restaurant on Friday, January 22. The event was announced on Twitter and Facebook and was so well-received, he added a second night for Sunday, January 24. The event featured a 4-course dinner of Haitian-inspired dishes by the extraordinary chef himself. All the proceeds from the fundraiser would benefit the American Red Cross.
